Elemental Hero Spark Neos

It's a card I created with the previous version of YCM and today I decided to enter a contest with it.

I want your opinion on the card though. Here it is:

"Elemental Hero Neos + "Elemental Hero Sparkman"

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. When this monster declares an attack, change the battle position of 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. The effect of that monster is negated until the End Phase. When this monster is destroyed by a card effect, return it to your Extra Deck and add 1 "Elemental Hero Sparkman" from your Graveyard to your hand.[/align]

 

 

Note: This is my Rainbow Rare template. I would really like to see a real Rainbow Rare card produced.... ^_^

Cool rainbow rare template. Great card though, I'm not sure why but its effect seems to fit with Sparkman. 'battle position' becomes 'Battle Position'. Not too overpowered with ATK and things like that since no contact fusion. Good job.

The card's physical look is breathtaking, however I'm not sure on the last bit of the effect, perhaps special summoning e-hero sparkman instead of returning it to your hand would be more useful as it's only a normal monster..

Personally, I think either is fine. Okay, just checked, it doesn't have to be capitalized but I like it capitalized.

Yea, it makes more sense capitalized since Attack Position and Defense Position are capitalized.

Thanks! You know, I didn't want to make it with an "AWESOME" effect, because all E-Heros have common effects and I wanted my Spark Neos to be the same style
