cruelnoob200
I am very confused about what would happen if "Skill Drain" was on the field as well as a God card or "Elemental Hero-Wildheart". Would they be affected? I am also confused about "Skill Drain" and a "Jinzo" monster on the field so please help me 0.o. THX
evilfusion
If Skill Drain was active already, Jinzo/Wildheart's effects are negated.

Fraz
You must Tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card (you cannot Set this card). The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned, Spells, Traps, and Effect Monster effects cannot be activated. This card cannot be targeted by the effects of Spells, Traps or Effect Monsters. If this card is Special Summoned, it is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. You can Tribute 2 monsters to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. This card cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated. I'm not sure what part of that effect would confuse you when skill drain is active. Also, if skill drain is on the field, then would the God cards effect be negated?

Also, if skill drain is on the field, then would the God cards effect be negated? You came so close to answering your own question, but then abandoned it in favor of asking the question. As Skill Drain is NOT targetting, as you said, and it is NOT negating the summon, then the god card is NOT preventing Skill Drain from working on it. So yes, Skill Drain will negate its effects and now, effects CAN target the god, and it can't use its effect.

Coffee Black
Obelisk is arguably better under skill drain than under normal conditions.
