What did you do to Neos?!

The border is way too bland and bright

The name holo matches the border (lol) but the text is just weird

 

BUT I do see that you are proficient with Photo Shop, or GIMP, and that is clearly depicted in your creation of Neowing

The effect is above average for an Elemental Hero

 

Not much into rating these days...but 6.5/10

woah, you really made sure Neos looked like he was from another world this time ^^ The pic almost scares me(no offense) and I personally think you overdid it a little compared to your other cards. I like the effect though, but I'm not really a fan of the old normal monster E-Heros that were introduced before Neos, I just find them UPed considering the strengths of Archetypes these days. At first i thought the fusion material would be Neos and a blackwing, and I think it kinda makes sense due to the ATK and DEF manipulation effect. 2/10 for the ACTUAL picture 10/10 for the effort creating the picture and 7/10 for the effect.

A teensy bit Op'd since Avian + King of the swamp = this beast. Make it so it is only above fusion material monsters and you're good to go.
