When this card is Tribute Summoned, remove from play 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Summoned monsters ATK.

 

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. By removing from play this face-up monster and another face-up "Flamvell" monster that you control, add 1 "Rekindling" from your Graveyard to your hand. During the turn when this effect was activated, you cannot Special Summon any monsters.

 

 

You can remove from play this face-up card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower 'Cloudian" monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard and place 2 Fog Counters on it.

Pretty cool, but Curse of Dragon seems kind of over-powered. Maybe deal damage equal to the LVL of the summoned monster times some number instead? 8/10

Curse of Dragon is a tad OP'ed because of it Special Summoning any Level 7 Dragon (Darkblaze Dragon). Although it is balanced because it dodges all the Level 8 powerhouses.

 

Flamvell Guard is UP'ed. It's a -1 AND you can't Special Summon. Then again, if you allowed monsters to be Special Summoned, it would be OP'ed. Maybe only make the cost 1 Flamvell Guard only.

 

Smoke Ball is good. It's a specific searcher that can give almost every Cloudian it's effect. Best out of the 3 IMO
