EFFECT:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 Machine-Type monsters. When this card is Special Summoned all face-up Spell and Trap cards on the field are destroyed. Inflict 200 damage to your opponents Life Points for each card destroyed by this effect. Once per turn If "Metalmorph" is in the Graveyard this card can attack directly. Pay 500 Life Points when this effect is used.

 

Im Unsure if its Op'd and idk if the OCG is the best but im still new at this

I think it is kind of weak since a card like archfiend soldier can destroy it easily by battle. You should raise it's ATK to 2300 or something like that.7/10

 

What? Uh Duh any monster with higher ATK can destroy this. Stupid thinking

 

besides its effect could make it attack directly so it needs to have a low ATK or else it be to op'd

IMO make the ATK 2100, only because at least this way an instant normal summon monster can't destroy it, nice pic, name and concept

ocg 2.5/3 ("Inflict 200 damage to your opponent") (no need to put opponents "Life Points")

effect 1.5/3 (i like the metalmorph in grave part but the spelln and trap destruction along with the inflict damage to ur opponent seems rather unneeded)

balance 2.5/3

useful 1/2

overall idea 2.5/3

 

Total: 16/20 (nice card but yea increas ethe ATK IMO that way instant summon wont ill it.)

Right now, the only cards I think could think of that can bring it out are trying to send it to graveyard by like, Future Fusion + 5 God Dragon, then Graveyard summoning cards, REDMD, The Flute of Summoning Dragon (Is it banned?), and such. But I completely forgot about it until wero-vasto mentioned it.

this card is very balanced the fact that its lvl 8 is kinda harsh but since it has a destruction effect of S/T then i guess its suitable, i think someone already mentioned you can raise its attack to 2500 and make Direct damage from this card half, and wahla its a good card.

9/10

as for RMD it can be summoned with familiar knight, Marauding Captian,Triggered Summon,Summoner Monk,REDMD, hidden soldiers

 

and Flute of summoning dragons is not banned
