[spoiler=Step 2]Open up GIMP or GIMP 2. [spoiler=Step 3]Open your card on gimp. [spoiler=Step 4]Go to Filters-->Distorts-->Wind [spoiler=Step 5]Set threshhold to 44 and strength to 65 and make sure style is on wind and edge affected to leading. Set the direction to left or right. [spoiler=Step 6]Save the card. If anything pops up just press"Done" or "Accept" [spoiler=Finished]Your done!
