J-Max
2 cards in one night? Not bad for a return. Anyhow this continues on from a old concept I was using a while back.Pic found on a JUST FORGET IT! :DYou can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If you use this effect, destroy this card during the End Phase. When this card is Summoned successfully you can move the Turn Count of the Duel forward by 1 Turn for each card on the field. During your Standby Phase you can pay 500 Life Points to move the Turn Count of the Duel forward by 1 Turn. If you use this effect you must skip your Main Phase 1.

Jolta
Your archive did get replaced when you left. You probably found it there or on Photobucket. Glad to see you again. Skill Drain much? TBH I can't think of much cards that depend on Turn Count to be awesome, I'm sure there are some, not including Blackman. Token Summoning doesn't count :P Manipulation of Time? Skipping Turns and phases fits that.
Limited Edition KING
Does the Draw Phase occur when this Turn moving effect activates?
J-Max
Nope. It just skips the Turns. I mostly made this card to work wih Lv Cards and Final Countdown. Imagine this monsteer summoned soon after playing FC. :D
