This card is treated as a Normal Monster while in your Monster Zone or in the Graveyard. You may Normal Summon this card to your Spell & Trap Zone to be treated as a Continuous Trap Card with the following Effect:

-Once per turn, you may move turn count 2 steps forward or 2 steps backwards.

And no lie, this is the name of the card. Maybe its "Big Freezing Dragon".[/align]

Fake Sub-Types aren't Realistic.

Your card + "Pyro Clock of Destiny" = 3 turns into the future. That's three less turns for "Final Countdown" or any of the high-level "Destiny Hero" effects. Complete manipulation of the turns is severely overpowered. And alongside that, it's once per turn, not one-off. Suddenly, you only have to wait ten turns for "Final Countdown" to take effect, maybe seven with a trio of "Pyro Clock" cards and possibly five (or less) if you have two or three of your card.

So you could both third the amount of turns needed for "Final Countdown" if you're using it, or make it three times as long if you're countering it. Coupled with the fact the only other Turn Count-changing cards (ie other than "Pyro Clock") are anime-exclusive and both bar players from doing anything during those turns and they always skip to the Battle Phase of the next turn.

This is completely and utterly broken.

HOLD IT

Final Countdown isn't a great deck (but it's still decent), and it has over 9000 counters. It's not broken, it's just good.

Silent Doom is perfect for this, and you also have to consider how you're going to get it in the grave.

This is actually an interesting card, which would give Final Countdown decks:

3 This

3 Silent Doom

1 FuFu

1 Foolish

And I think it's possible to fit that in there.
