This card destroys itself...

So it's only useful for clearing the field when you have a "DNA Transplant" active with WATER as the selected Attribute or if your opponent runs WATER.

 

But guess what? "Black Rose Dragon" does a better job at clearing the field.

I think you should add: "...except this card." Otherwise it would destroy itself and the ATK/DEF gain effect is USELESS. I like the pic and the effect is balanced.

When this card Tribute Summoned, destroy all WATER monsters on the field except this card. For each WATER monster destroyed by this effect, this card gains 100 ATK and DEF x its Level.

 

people already said that this card destroy it self but did not think realy farther.. so it destroy it self after editing it will not did you think what will be unbalance then ?!!

it will gain [600 x the number of destroyed monsters] it may destroy 1 or 2 since it can only do it when it is tribute summoned but 1200 is alot 1500 + 1200 = 2700 for a level 6 and the field is clear.. that can make you win the duel still not that op but a drawback will make it better.

Well, thanks for the magnific coments, I will try to balance it out better, maybe make it so it doesn't destroy itself, make it have 800 ATK, and it gives 200 X Level
