You can Special Summon this card from your hand by discarding 2 cards from your hand. If you do, you can draw 1 additional card during your next Draw Phase. Each turn, the turn player can add the top card of their Graveyard to their hand instead of conducting their normal draw during their Draw Phase. If they do, they can draw 1 card from their Deck during that turn's End Phase. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to Special Summon it.[/align]

Nice beatstick for 2 card discard - which can help some cards (Malicious comes to mind first). The Graveyard thing can be devastating since it basically lets you reuse powerful cards again and again. Lotta drawing as well.

CONCEPT: Interesting.

BALANCE: A tad too much IMO. Stats are fine; it's the effect...

RATING: 8.5/10 due to perhaps a little bit on the strong side.

Continuous Draw engine is pretty bannable because its epic.

 

Plus it Special Summons itself from the Graveyard nice.

 

Great card not bad seeing as most quick (rushed) cards are usually horrible good job ^_^

Thanks for the rates. The reason I said Top of the graveyard is due to the fact that the Graveyard cannot be shuffled. Also you lose your Draw until the End Phase so you could be shooting yourself in the foot :P
