AbbatonStrikes Posted May 21, 2010 Report Share Posted May 21, 2010 Dracula-A quick OCG adjustment...think this sounds a lil better but you can word it how ever you like of course:This card cannot be Special Summoned except when either you or your opponent controls "Simon Belmont".This card will be over powered if you state every card in the Graveyard, you may want to curve the power by lowering the ATK points a little and maybe having every monster in your opponent's graveyard. If you left it as it was and your opponent has 10 cards in the grave x 500 that equals 5000 which is amazingly high especially for an easily summoned card at level 7. I hope this explains it for you.
