Restricted Revival ~ A new, useful Spell Card

Major flaw. When the monster is RFP'd, this card is not equip'd anymore and is destroyed, losing it's ability to SS the monster during the Standy Phase.

Anyways, this is OP'ed (assuming that the effect is fixed, and plays how I assume it would).

6.5/10. Nice image + name though.

Not really, because by nature the Equip Spells are automatically destroyed when the equipped monster are removed from the field. However, Continuous cards are not, so you could change this card to a Continuous Spell and your problem will be solved.

I understand that it is OP'd' date=' but it still can be useful.

lol

If its OP'd, that means its so useful it gets banned. So duh its useful.

But yeah, major OP'dnessness. I think it'd be better as continuous, and you should give a Life Point cost. Like, in the two-thousands.

it's funny that Stardust Dragon is so useful that it's not even limited to 1 or ban at all!, and black rose Dragon i don't that card useful that leave both side of the field empty, it feel naked there, and that card is limited! god, it like it was backward of course. Stardust Dragon...MUST..BE...BANNED!!!! *gun cocked, aiming at Stardust dragon and blast him and prepare his funeral*

I like all the extra text on the card.

To anyone logically reading the card, all it says is "Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard."

That's about all I need to see [without any drawbacks at all] to put it down as OP.

Remember Monster Reborn and Premature Burial? Spell Cards that let you get a free revival on your own turn? Yeah, those are banned. They were pretty useful too.

2/10.
