They are mainly just fillers in decks unless they have support which this one does not. Also if you make a vanilla the description should be very discriptive and not too short or long. Its a good thing you put the circulation on the card because most newmembers who makes cards always forgets it,so I give you props on that. The last cards effect is really balances it out,which is really good but I would not suggest for you to make a monster with a base attack of 5000. There are OCG in all the cards effects but it is normal for new members to have them. At least you put a period at the end which some members forget to do. (Although they should be resized properly to 247 x 243 pixels) Other then what dgjk pointed out, Phaedra is a bit OP. 2800 + the additional ATK of Sogen is ridiculous. 7/10.
