I found the one time that Judai used this card was just incredible. So I just HAD to make a evolution for her.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by removing at least 1 Level 4 or below Spellcaster-Type monster on your field from play. The ATK of this card is equal to the number of removed monsters X 1000. Once per turn you can remove 1 card from your opponent's hand, deck or Graveyard from play. If you use this effect this card cannot declare an attack this turn.

Last effect is the only one that mattered.

 

Oh well kinda mediocre deadshot chance on taking out some odd card that they may or may not have needed and then they can blame bad luck and QQ about a card game and such things. 6/10.

lol I'm going to go with Random Selection from the hand. Othewise this card would be Confiscation on Steroids ;) This card makes me want to do more Monster evolutions and support.q

Good choice. Aside from random hand sniping, it's just kinda mediocre. I like the evolution idea, though, and I've done a few of those, but artwork's a hell to find. e_e

Well if I can find a obscure card like the Card Ejector then I can find others. I just put in Scapegoat and fornd 3 pages :P

I never say much about improved effects, not even if they're more advanced, but they are.

 

There are lotsa Decks that remove stuff from play. Your own stuff. And your opponent's stuff. I wonder if I could use this for a beatstick... better than Chimeratech... Mayhaps.
