Abyss: Too easy to summon and too high stats for a Level 7.

Anima: Too high DEF for a Level 4 (max 1900 for Effect Lv. 4s) and an overpowered effect.

Bermuda: Change to an effect that only activates when it's discarded by an opponent's effect.

Dark Moon Goddess: Make it so the summoned monsters are returned to your hand during the End Phase.

Darkness: Incredibly overpowered. Too high stats and a very broken effect.

Dawnbreak Archfiend: See "Ally of Justice Thousand Arms".

Death: Relatively balanced.

Death Scythe: Reduce the original ATK to either 0 or 500.

Demon Commander: Make the effect a one-time only effect.

Demon Knight: No comment.

Demon Vanguard: It's 'Life Points' and you should scrap the ATK gain and decrease the DEF a lot.

Doppelganger: Interesting effect, but you should restrict it to Level 6 or lower Fiend (or DARK) monsters, otherwise you could have the equivalent of a Level 8 on the field for one tribute.

Emissary of the Fallen: Opponent-targeting revival effects are far too powerful for a Level 4. Increase to Level 8 without an increase in stats and also have a limited time effect.

Emissary of the Lost Ones: All two-tribute monsters max out at 3000 ATK (except one special case) and that is for Level 8 Normal monsters. Level 7 Effect monsters usually hit 2600 ATK and lower DEF. Plus as said above, opponent-targeting effects are too powerful. Re-write the effect completely.

Fiend Summoner: Very overpowered. Considering the large number of high-level, powerful Fiend-Types; this is a recipe for disaster. The only other card that allows continuous Summoning is a Dinosaur support card that requires a Tribute and self-destructs after three turns.

Grand Defender: The only Effect Monster with more than 2100 DEF is "Destiny Hero-Defender", who allows your opponent to draw an extra card during their Standby Phase. With stats this high, you need to have an effect that harms you or benefits your opponent.

Inferno: No comment.

King of Fiends: Go to the wikia to learn Ritual monster OCG. Plus, it's Level 8 and the Level 8 Rituals don't top 3200 ATK. And its effect is similar to "The Wicked Dreadroot"'s, which means it's overpowered.

Metastecia: Too high stats and an overpowered effect. See the "Armed Dragon" series of monsters.

Moonlight Archfiend: See "Ally of Justice Catastor" and because this is a Level 4 non-Synchro, it's overpowered. Either increase to Level 6 with no increase in stats or come up with a new effect.

The Exile: Too high stats and you really need to learn OCG.

The Saviour: Again, too high stats and completely invincible. ie broken.

Queen of Fiends: A Level 7 that can overpower Level 9s and 10s. Again, Level 8s can only reach 3000 ATK. Plus, you need to make the effect more draining. 500 LP is not a lot. And scrap the destruction-negation effect.

Princess of Fiends: A Level 6 that can almost equal Level 11s in strength. Level 6s can hit 2500 ATK but that's it. See my comments on "Queen of Fiends" for the rest.

 

Fiend Warrior Retrival: Endless searching and deck-thinning is completely overpowered. Change the effect to a one-off.

Demonic Power: See "Mage Power". Change to a one-off.

Call of the Emperor: Learn how to word effects. Learn what constitutes a Ritual Spell and the current effect is utterly overpowered.

Transforming Fiend Circle: An interesting idea.

 

 

Simple question. Have you ever actually played YuGiOh? Because from your lack of OCG skills and balanced cards, I have a feeling you haven't. Look at some real cards to get an idea of how to word effects and the general boundaries of power different cards have. If you continue to make cards, you will need to master your OCG (Official Card Grammar).
