Lore : When this card is Special Summoned Inflict 800 damage to your Opponent Life Points each time this card is destroyed Special Summon It in your Side of The Field by Sending from your Deck to your Graveyard 1 ``Red Feather of Fenix`` This Effect Cant be Negated , Discard 1 Cards in your hand to Hand to Pick 1 card in your Graveyard and Put it in your Deck , Then Shuffle your Deck . By Tributing a Fire monster in your field you can Pick a Spell card in your Hand and Send It to your Deck then Shuffle It.

i cant correct the last part of the effect because it doesnt make sense to me

 

its not a reall good card in my opinion

I rarely complain about OCG, but the Card Grammar on these cards is messed up to the point where I can't even decipher what the effects are supposed to do.

I guess i tried my best to correct your term. i dunno if it's Op'ed cos it have zero stats and require tribute unless it you SS with UFO Turtle well i gues it's a bit Op'ed when it come to UFO turtle. so 8/10
