Mini Modding

What is considered Mini Modding, and what isn't? For instance, I said to JadenxAtemYAOi, who created 2 contests at a time, that "Hosting 2 contests at a time is against the rules", then said to "maybe PM the contestants in this contest once your other contest ends". Then Jaden accuses me of Mini Modding. This happened several days ago.

I feel a bit weird. A large priority of Elite/Legendary Members say this sort of thing to rule-breakers in any way, yet they aren't considered Mini Modding. Is it just that we always break rules without notice? Or is just Jaden wrong? Not like I hate her, but.

So basically, all Elites are rule-breakers if they say something against a newby or a rule-breaker saying they broke rules?

To a certain extent Yes. A friendly nudge in the right direction is smiled upon but something along the lines of. "You Suck! Reported!" Really grinds my gears.
