Mothball
Frack, Figured the stats were a little low... Might make those the base stats for the Tuners and Steroid these ones up a bit. As for having lv.X, the only Legends that'll have both are the Head Honchos of each Gen. So Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Groudon, Kyogre, Jirachi, Deyoxs, Dialga, Palkia, Girantina and Arceus. So the dogs won't get the double dose.
NeosWiseman
That would make some hell of a Tuner. I don't think it's a good idea :?It would be more like Dark Tuner then, ain't that right?
Mothball
ArtZapMol are pretty up there for Tuners, But I guess thats beacause I didn't give them a base ATK ah well. I'll figure something out.
Mothball
BUMPED with a 5 card update. Go have a mosey.
NeosWiseman
Cresselia: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to its owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned of flipped face-up. When this card is Normal Summoned or (a typo) flipped face-up it's ATK becomes equal to the amount of monsters you have (you don't need that) in your Graveyard. (max.2000) If "Darkrai" is in your Graveyard, this card does not return to your hand during the End Phase. Cresselia PRIME: This card cannot be Synchro Summoned. Summon this card from your Extra Deck only when your opponent pays 500 Life Points during their Draw Phase and you control a face-up "Cresselia." You must also remove "Cresselia" from play. You may (you don't need that) Skip your Draw Phase to Equip 1 "Darkrai" in your Graveyard to this card. A monster equipped to this card by this effect is treated as an Equip Spell Card. While this card is equipped with "Darkrai" during your Standby Phase, you can negate the effect of "Darkrai" to gain 500 Life Points. Darkrai: This card cannot be Summoned. If this card is in your Graveyard, you may inflict 300 damage to your opponent each time they draw a card. If you control 1 face-up "Cresselia", inflict 500 damage instead. While this card is equipped to "Cresselia PRIME", your opponent must pay 200 Life Points to activate a card's effect that allows him/her to draw cards from his/her Deck. Starlit Sky: Activate only when a Psychic-Type monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. During your Draw Phase, when you draw a Spell or Trap Card increase your Life Points by 200. Nightmare Break: Activate when your opponent activates the effect of a DARK monster and you control a face-up LIGHT monster. Negate the effect and reduce both monsters ATK to 0. (If you control more than 1 LIGHT monster select only 1.) First, I want to say something.... WWWWOOOWWW!The 3 monster combination seems pretty insane to me! Really good and thought through, but there is just 1 flaw. How will the opponent pay 500 Life Points during his/her Draw Phase? You should change Darkrai's effect somehow instead of dealing damage, to make the opponent pay 500 Life Points. And if not he can't draw a card during the Draw Phase or something...And there is something wrong with the Starlit Sky. Since it's a Spell it cannot be activated when your monster is destroyed (during the Battle Phase). Maybe you should make it a Trap Card.Other than that these cards are beast. Nicely done! ^^
Mothball
They'd pay 500 LP during their draw phase while you control Cresselia through Darkrai's effect. Although I suppose better phrasing would be "When you inflict 500 damage during your..." hindsight huh?Honestly, I'm not sure why I made Starlit Sky the way I did. I know it makes no sense, yet there it is... >.< But yeah. Better change that. Thanks as always for the tips and corrections. Just about to drop the Rayquaza and Charmander lines. Hopefully they're as good as I think. EDIT: Charmander line (Minus lv.X) Rayquaza line and Ritual card added!
NeosWiseman
New cards already!!! I'll view them later. Right now, I have quite much on my head... :?
Mothball
No worries, in your own time buddy.
NeosWiseman
Charmander: Cute!!!! ^^ Nothing else to say since it is a vanilla Charmeleon: You can Tribute 1 "Charmander" to Special Summon this card from your Deck or hand. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a card other than "Charizard", its level is reduced by (2) 2. When this card battles a Plant-Type monster, increase this card's ATK by 300 until the End Phase.Pretty stable imo. But we don't want to increase the Plant-Type monster's ATK, right :-P Charizard: "Charmeleon" + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersDuring your End Phase, you may remove from play 1 FIRE monster from your Graveyard. If you do, discard 2 cards from the top of your opponents Deck. The effect is not really creative, but I played Deck Destruction deck so it can prove really useful. Anyway, you can still add something else. Rayquaza: This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the effect of "Titanic Clash." When this card is successfully Ritual Summoned select 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck and activate it. As long as "Rayquaza" remains face-up on the field the selected card cannot be destroyed. Now this seems more interesting. Apparently you have some special Field Spell in mind, am I right? I think something quite amusing can come from this one. Rayquaza PRIME: 1 Tuner monster + "Rayquaza" + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s) (wrong order)This card cannot be Synchro Summoned with a card that is treated as "Rayquaza." A "Rayquaza" used for the Synchro Summon of this card is removed from play. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can select 1 Field Spell Card in either players Graveyard and activate it. While "Rayquaza PRIME" is on the field, your opponent's side of the field is unaffected by Field Spell Cards you control. Now this is even more interesting than the previous. I'd like to try it out some time. Definitely! Rayquaza lv.X: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Rayquaza" while a face-up Field Spell Card you control cannot be destroyed OR 1 "Rayquaza PRIME" when you select 1 Field Spell card from your opponent's Graveyard and activate it, and 2 other monsters you control. You cannot Equip Union Monsters to this card. When this card is successfully Summoned, equip 1 card Tributed for the Special Summon of this card in your Graveyard to this card. During your Standby Phase, if there is a monster equipped to this card by this effect, you can use its effect. (If it is an Effect Monster.) When this monster would be destroyed while equipped with a monster, destroy the equipped monster instead.I expected something else connected with Field Spell Cards, but oh well... Honestly, this time I like the PRIME one more Titanic Clash: This card is used to Ritual Summon "Rayquaza." You must also Tribute monsters who's Levels equals 8 or more from the field or your hand. Nice new additions. You know, I haven't watched more than 5 episodes of Pokemon but when I made my few Pokemon related cards,, I read in Wikipedia. There I read the conditions under which the Pokemon evolve and I try representing these conditions into the cards. About the effect it's the same. Try making the effects closer to the real abilities of the Pokemon. And it is not only for the Pokemon.Remember that card of yours New York - Circa 1907. We couldn't describe the effect in the proper OCG. These are the cards that suit the Pop Culture Threads. The cards that show the real self of the characters. This might all sound stupid, but that's what I really think...
Mothball
The field spell thing for Rayquaza is related to its Gameboy Game's Abillity Airlock, which deals with weather conditions so thats why that's that way.Essentially lv.X has just turned into something boring. I probably Ax the X idea and keep the PRIME cards instead, or do a complete overhaul idk. And yeah, can't be increasing the plants ATK, that would be baaaaad. NeosWiseman
Squirtle: A vanilla. No comment. Nice pictureWartortle: This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand or Deck by Tributing 1 face-up "Squirtle" you control. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a monster other than "Blastoise" or "Blastoise PRIME" reduce this cards Level by 2. During your Main Phase you can pay 200 Life Points. If you do, this card is switched to Defense Position. This card may attack while in Defense Position during the turn you activate this effect.Blastoise: Perfect!!! :DBlastoise PRIME: "Wartortle" + 2 or more non-Tuner MonstersThis card cannot be Synchro Summoned while you control a face-up "Blastoise" card. During your Main Phase you may Summon any number of Level 3 or lower WATER monsters from your hand. Reduce this cards ATK by 500 until your End Phase for each monster Summoned by this effect. Growlithe: Place 1 Burn Counter on a monster that battles with this card. During your opponent's Standby Phase, inflict damage to your opponents equal to the number of Burn Counters on their side of the field x100. During your opponent's End Phase, he/she select 1 Burn Counter on their side of the field. The selected Burn Counter is removed from the field.Arcanine: This card can only be Tribute Summoned by tributing 1 "Growlithe" equipped with "Fire Stone." When this card attacks a monster, during your End Phase if that monster was not destroyed place 2 Burn Counters on it. During your opponent's Standby Phase, inflict damage to your opponents equal to the number of Burn Counters on their side of the field x100. During your opponent's End Phase, he/she selects 1 Burn Counter on a monster they control. The selected Burn Counter is removed from the field.Arcanine PRIME: "Growlithe" + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this monster is successfully Synchro Summoned, place 5 Burn Counters on any monster(s) your opponent controls in any way. During your opponent's End Phase, he/she selects 1 Burn Counter. The selected Burn Counter is removed from the field. During your opponent's Standby Phase, inflict damage to your opponents equal to the number of Burn Counters on their side of the field x100.Magnemite: This card is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. When you successfully Summon this card, you may Special Summon 1 "Magnemite" from your Deck. The Summoned monster's effect is negated.Magneton: This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 "Magnemite" OR Special Summoned from your hand or Deck by removing from play 3 "Magnemite" from your Graveyard. This card is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. When this card declares an attack, you can negate the attack. If you do, select 1 monster your opponent controls and place 1 Paralysis Counter on it. A monster with a Paralysis Counter on it may not switch Battle Positions or declare an attack. During the End Phase, your opponent flips a coin for each Paralysis Counter on their side of the field. Then, he/she removes 1 Paralysis Counter from his/her side of the field for every Heads result of the coin toss.Magneton PRIME: "Magnemite" + "Magnemite" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters"This card cannot be Synchro Summoned while you control a face-up "Magneton" card. This card is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. When this card destroys a monster select up to 2 monsters your opponent controls. Place 1 Paralysis Counter on each. A monster with a Paralysis Counter on it may not switch Battle Positions or declare an attack. During the End Phase, your opponent flips a coin for each Paralysis Counter on their side of the field. Then, he/she removes 1 Paralysis Counter from his/her side of the field for every Heads result of the coin toss. You may reduce this cards original ATK by 500 to negate the result of 1 coin flip.Scyther: Really nicely done here! ^^Nincada: When you Tribute this card for the Tribute Summon of "Ninjask", you can discard 1 "Shedinja" from your hand.Ninjask: Good, really good!Shedinja: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. You can only Special Summon this card from your Graveyard by removing from play 1 "Nincada" from your Graveyard during your End Phase. During your Standby Phase remove 1 card from your Graveyard from play. If you do not, remove this card from play. This cards ATK and DEF is equal to the amount of monsters in your Graveyard x100. (max.2000) If this card's ATK and DEF are less than 1500 this card cannot be destroyed by battle.HM03 Surf: Equip only to a face-up WATER monster you control. During your Main Phase, destroy 1 monster with ATK equal to or less than the equipped monster's. The equipped monster cannot attack the the turn you use this effect.Squirtle Squad: Activate when a "Squirtle" you control is destroyed. Select 1 "Squirtle" from your Deck and Special Summon it in Attack Position.Long Odds: Activate when a Level 4 or lower monster you control is destroyed by a level 5 or higher monster your opponent controls. Each time you or your opponent declare an attack, flip a coin. If Heads, switch the ATK and DEF of the monsters involved in the battle. You've gone all out here i can see. his is what I'm talking about! Excellent job! *bow*
Mothball
Ah no biggie. No need to bow. Added a few more cards, and did a nessacary reformat, cause my current one was bugging out... Anyways, Lapras, Lapras PRIME, Perish Song and Feraligator PRIME added and Croconaw REVIVED! Again thanks for the comments and help Pharoana. Also 3rd page YUSS! NeosWiseman
Lapras: When you Summon this card, add your hand into your Deck. Select 2 Spell Cards from your Deck and add them to your hand. This one is nice but you should make a condition, because it might become abused.Lapras PRIME: "Lapras" + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card cannot attack the until after your next End Phase. When this monster destroys a monster by battle, you can select 2 Spell Cards from your Deck and activate 1 of them. Add the other selected card to your hand. Here I suggest making the other Spell Card unplayable during this turn.Perish Song: Activate when a monster you control is destroyed. Select 1 monster your opponent your opponent controls and destroy it. When this card is destroyed, it it removed from play.Nice, although I see no use for the last effect, but it might become clearer later.Feraligator PRIME: "Croconaw" + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. Once during your main Phase you may increase this cards ATK by 1000. If you do this, card cannot declare a direct attack. Reduce this cards ATK by 1500 during your End Phase.Interesting. I like effects like that. Good job!Croconaw: I couldn't fine this one :? Where is it?
Mothball
SORRY! Croconaw is back up, no excuses, just a case of crossed wires. As for Perish Song... well, you'll see. But first I still need to do the Ritual cards for Ho-oh and Lugia as well as that Field Spell for Rayquaza =< EDIT - Final Update of the night 251 - Celebi 483 - Dialga Spell Card - Johto Mystisicm and under a new heading Promo - Multi-Forme - Shaymin Sky Forme

Heck, i'm even liking this more then my own Pokevolution Project. I really need to make some new cards. Up to you of course my friend.
NeosWiseman
Celebi: This card is also treated as a Psychic-Type monster. When this card is destroyed, you can pay 500 Life Points to add it to your hand. If this card is removed from play by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, you gain 1000 Life Points. Dialga: This card can only be Summoned while you control a face-up "Mt Coronet". While you control this face-up monster during your Draw Phase, you can place the card you draw on the bottom of your Deck and draw another card. Johto Mystisicm: Activate when your opponent increases his/her Life Points. Select 1 "Celebi" OR 2 "Unown" from your hand or Deck and Special Summon them. The Summoned monster(s) are removed from play during your 2nd End Phase after activating this effect. Shaymin - Sky Forme: This card can only be Summoned by returning 1 "Shaymin - Ground Forme" equipped with "Gradecia Flower" to your hand. During your End Phase, return this face-up card to your hand and Special Summon "Shaymin - Ground Forme." If your opponent controls only EARTH monsters, this card may attack your opponent directly. If your monster controls no monsters, this card cannot declare an attack. You really amaze me! All these cards are awesome. Far better than your first ones imo. I wanted to ask you. Do you edit the pictures in some way or they are just like that and you crop them?
Mothball
All cropped or picked up off DA. If something has a massive watermark I'll crop it in paint, but thats about it. Pha. And shucks J-Max, ya makin' me blush. UPDATE EDIT added 212 Scizor, 212/2 Scizor PRIME, 385 Jirachi and 386 Deoxys in the main set and Deoxys-S, Deoxys-D and - Deoxys-A in the Multi-Forme pack. UPDATE EDIT 2: Arceus, Palkia, Palkia PRIME and Dialga PRIME added For those going to complain about Arceus in game he is defined as the GOD of Pokemon. So yeah, shut up. NeosWiseman
Scizor: You can only Tribute Summon this card by Tributing a "Scyther" you control. A monster destroyed by this card is returned to your opponent's hand. When this card inflicts battle damage, you can destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls and activate 1 of the following effects.-If you destroy a Spell Card, your opponent discards 1 card.-If you destroy a Trap Card, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.Scizor PRIME: "Scyther" + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card destroys a monster, it is removed from play. You can negate the attack of this card to destroy a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.-If you destroy a Spell Card, your opponent discards 2 cards.-If you destroy a Trap Card, your opponent selects 1 monster they control and take damage equal to the selected monster's level x100.Both Scizors are great. The PRIME could prove hard to summon though, because of the 2 Level Star limit for the 2 non-Tuner monsters. Of course, you can play with the Levels beforehand so..Jirachi: During your End Phase, you can reduce this cards ATK or DEF by 100 to activate 1 of the following effects.-Increase you Life Points by 200.-Draw 1 card. This card's first effect seems UP and it's second seems OP. Idk, does this make it balanced?Deoxys: This card is also treated as a Psychic-Type monster. While this card remains on the field, neither player can conduct a Synchro Summon. When this card is used for a Fusion Summon, your opponent discards 1 card and you lose 300 Life Points. The Alien-Type is no right, but I guess it doesn't really mather. Nice Synchro stopper.Deoxys-S: This card may only be Fusion Summoned by Tributing "Deoxys" and 1 DARK OR Psychic-Type monster. (You do not use "Polymerization") This card is also treated as a Psychic-Type monster. When this card inflicts Battle Damage, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field and activate 1 of the following effects:-If it is a Spell Card, the owner gains 500 Life Points and discards 1 card from his/her hand.-If it is a Trap Card, the owner loses 500 Life Points and draws 1 card.Deoxys-D: This card may only be Fusion Summoned by Tributing "Deoxys" and 1 DARK OR Psychic-Type monster. (You do not use "Polymerization") This card is also treated as a Psychic-Type monster. During each of your Standby Phases, while this card is in Defense Position, you can switch 1 monster you control to Defense Position. The selected monster may attack while in Defense Position during the turn you activate this effect. The selected monsters is destroyed during the End Phase.Deoxys-A: This card may only be Fusion Summoned by Tributing "Deoxys" and 1 DARK OR Psychic-Type monster. (You do not use "Polymerization") This card is also treated as a Psychic-Type monster. When this card attacks a monster, you can discard 2 cards to negate the attack and remove the targeted monster from play. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the removed monster's level x500.The 3 versions of Deoxys are terrifying. Nice effects and negating your attack... :D Never thought of that before. :-PArceus: This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the effect of "Azure Flute." When this card destroys a Level 3 or lower monster, you can Special Summon it to your side of the field. Once during your Main Phase, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Dialga", "Palkia" OR "Giratina." (The Summoned monster's Level is reduced to 4 and its effect is negated) If you do, activate 1 of the following effects.- If you Summon "Dialga", its ATK and DEF become 1500/1900. You may draw 2 cards.- If you Summon "Palkia", its ATK and DEF become 1700/1700. Select 1 Card Zone on the field. While "Arceus" remains face-up on your side of the field, the selected Zone cannot be used.-If you Summon "Giratina", its ATK and DEF become 0/0. Select 1 monster your opponent controls and remove it from play.Complain?!?!!? Are you kidding me!?! This is one hell of a monster!!! It's awesome!! :D You Summon 1 of these 3, manipulate their level and although their effects are negated, you can still used them. Pretty nice! Good job! :DPalkia: This card can only be Summoned while you control a face-up "Mt.Coronet". When this card destroys a monster, select 1 Card Zone on your opponents side of the field. Your opponent cannot use the selected Zone until after his/her next End Phase.Palkia PRIME: "Palkia" + 3 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned. This card cannot be destroyed by Trap Cards. When you successfully Synchro Summon this card, select 3 Card Zones on your opponent's side of the field. While this card remains face-up on the field, the selected Zones cannot be used. Now this is a monster impossible to Synchro Summon without Level manipulation. 2 Level Stars for 3 monsters?!??!?! :?. I think you should fix it somehow to be able to summon it without preparing much before that. OK, I think it's getting better and better and better... I just have no words to say anything more. I think I should stop here then :DWell done! ^^
Mothball
Aye! Thank You SIR! Palkia PRIME and Scizor PRIME were both typos...
