Mr. Judgment Dragon
A few fixes. -3 Jinzo (conflicts with the Deck a bit much (refer to trap line-up))+3 Cyber Valley (draw power and abuseable with Survivors and Scout Planes -1 Helios (outclassed by Gren Maju Da Eiza and even that isn't great in Macro Decks)-1 Battle Fader (do you really need 3?)+2 Guardian Eatos (viable in this build since Macro and D-Fissure stop your monsters from going to the Grave and 2500 ATK for a free beatstick is pretty good) -1 or 2 Magic Planter (is it really needed?)+1 Reinforcement of the Army (to get Survivors from the Deck)+1 Heavy Storm (if you neg both Magic Planters. It doesn't hurt to have even in here since you have numerous copies of Dimensional Fissure and Macro Cosmos). -1 Macro Cosmos (you don't need it at 3)-2 Metal Reflect Slime (pointless in here since you have plenty of tribute fodder with D.D. Survivor and Scout Plane already and it is recurring with Macro and D-Fissure)-3 Escape from the Dark Dimension+2 Starlight Road (very helpful in here even without the free 2500 ATK beatstick)+1 Mirror Force (its Mirror Force but watch out for Starlight Road (I feel like I'm repeating myself here))+1 Torrential Tribute (fairly good in here and it doesn't really hurt you unless you have an army of Monarchs on your field).+2 D.D.R. (faster than Escape although -1s suck so you could just keep Escape in place of it if you want since the monster line-up in the Deck is mostly Dark but keep in mind you can't get back Eatos or Raiza once they're gone)

And if I remove the Planters, it wouldn't be a [b']Magic[/b] Macro Monarch anymore xD But RotA and Eatos look nice. - 1 Jinzo- 1 Helios + 2 Eatos+ 1 RotA

Also, I'm still not liking the Jinzo's in here. If you wish to keep with the Magic Planter draw engine, Jinzo seems like the most replaceable card for Starlight Road. Basically, -2 Jinzo, +1 Starlight Road to get the Deck down to 40.
