Lord Smeagle
[align=center]Leegul Obelisk sez...DNA Surgery can declare Divine-Beast Type! You know what this means, of course... This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing one "Testudo Erat Numen" that is currently treated as a Divine-Beast monster. When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all other monsters and face-down cards you control and Special Summon any number of monsters from your hand. Monsters cannot be Special Summoned except by this card's effect. If this card is not treated as a Divine-Beast monster, destroy it. Powerful, yes. Broken?
