Summoned Skull and giant soldier of stone with an effect

I'm thinking of taking the old Vanilla cards of the good old days n add effects to some of them anyways here's Summoned Skull

 

The actually image is the annivesity picture of Summoned Skull n the BG is one of the ones i made

[spoiler=lore]When this card is Tribute Summoned you can send 1 card on the field to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 3 cards to destroy 3 cards on the field. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect.

 

 

[spoiler=lore]Once per turn, you can change this card from Attack Position to Defense Position. While this card is in Defense Position and all other monsters you control are in face-down Defense Position your opponent can only select this card as an attack target.

 

 

[spoiler=lore]You can send 1 card that is equipped to this card to the Graveyard to draw 1 card. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy a card equipped to this card instead.

 

 

[spoiler=lore]When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Red-Eyes B. Chick", Normal Summoned or Flipped Summoned, you can add 1 "Red-Eyes" monster from your Deck to your hand. That monster cannot be Summoned this turn and this card cannot declare an attack. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. If you do, this card cannot declare an attack during your Battle Phase.

i can see maybe the Summon effect but thats simlar to a monarch XD

 

the 2nd effect requires 3 cards n giving up your Battle Phase

It's only a Battle Phase. You could do more with that effect than you could in a Battle Phase. also, Infernities exist.

True but its not like its going JD and nuking the field. and that one skipped Battle Phase can also be all your opponent needs to recover, but than again its in the eye of the beholder

 

than how would put it to Balance it but keep the 3 card destroy effect 0.o

I really like the idea, I wanna see a new version of Dark Magician and/or Red Eyes :P good cards so far. 8/10.

yeah Red Eyes! well I like how you added Red Eyes chick in there, the effect seems balanced, so I have to give the Red Eyes a 9/10, its not perfect, but pretty good.
