The OCG is OK, you don't really need to put all the Counter's names, just "all counters". I think it's good. Some monsters piss me off with there counters so it can help me. The pic is alright, a little pixelated, but matches the name. 7.9/10

It is unfortunate that a card very similar to this already exists. I understand that yours inflicts burn, but this one costs 1500 life points less:

Counter Cleaner is still better, because of the lower cost. After all, the burn isn't the point, is it? And no one uses Counter Cleaner anyway - I don't think it's usually even sided. I'm not really sure if I can give much advice...unfortunately, it's not a very useful concept.
