That could actually be pretty good but change it to "Activate only on the turn the opponent draws more than 3 cards outside of their Draw Phase, destroy all monsters the opponent controls."

But yahh its OP'd. maybe just making it a normal trap card would be better too.

yup, pretty much very opd, no drawbacks toit, may want to add summfin like each time your oppoennt draws a card out side his/her draw Phase pay 500 Life Points, then the rest of the effect.

Effect: Seems a bit OP'd, or better yet, one-sided. If you're going to place a restriction, it should probably be a blanket restriction. Otherwise, bombing their monsters is a bit extreme. That being said, this is original. So kudos for that. (2 points)

 

Grammar: Needs work. Should read:

"If your opponent draws more than 3 cards in a single turn, destroy all monsters he/she controls."

But you weren't really off, and you're new, so it's cool. (2 points)

 

Picture: A bit cartoony. Goes with the card name, but I personally don't like the feel of it. (1 point)

 

Overall: This card has potential. It didn't sit right with me, but I'm just one person. Still, not a bad card, and not a bad idea. 5/10.

Actually, I kind of like it. I don't think it would be run too often, but I do kind of like it. The one thing I'm not clear on is if you intended for the normal Draw Phase draw to count toward this card's activation. If you do, it should be written:

"Activate only during a turn your opponent drew 3 or more cards. Destroy all monsters your opponent controls."

 

If it isn't supposed to include the Draw Phase, then it should be something like:

"Activate only during a turn your opponent drew 3 or more cards outside of their normal Draw Phase. Destroy all monsters your opponent controls."

 

I recommend the first myself. Your opponent is rarely going to draw 3 cards from effects, but just about every deck has a draw 2, and 2 drawn cards + 1 from draw phase fulfills the activation requirements.
