El-Rrey
High Monster Beat??? enlighten please? Also glad to know' date=' that other than hot guys, some decent X-Saber decks come out of France. :3[/quote'] High Monster Beat is a Gallis FTK variant, where the goal isn't to OTK or FTK but rather to swarm with big monsters, idea also being try to finish him as fast as possible!! There also some control factors that are used to get ride of pesky things or to backup your monsters!! Casual Monsters are The Dark Creator, Witch of the Black Rose, Quickdraw, Rykos, Sangan, Dandylion, Light and Darkness Dragon, Gorz, Trago, Battle Fader and Magical Merchant!! Level Eater, Caius, Raiza and Dark Simorgh are played too. Only 3 spells are usualy played: Heavy Storm, Cold Wave and Pot of Avarice!!I'll try to post a WC 2010 decklist if i've got time!! GenzoTheHarpist
You know something that spoke to me more than the actual cards is that looking at the coverage pictures, damn the French players are way more fashionable and good looking on average than players in the US... That's America. Here in Canada we don't have many ugly players. I remember the first time I went to a SJC in the United States the look of the players there. It wasn't pretty. TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
I <3 this format because of the variety of deck types reaching into the tops of tournaments around the world. Diversity is the spice of life, and having many different strategies being played allows for us to use our heads instead of just lolnetdecking with a deep wallet.
