its a pretty good card

but i think you should limit the level of the monster you are summoning back.

you can easily summon Dark Magician or something

Yeah I was thinking of putting a Level-Limit,

Or increasing the number of Spell Counters that have to be used to Summon a monster (3),

 

I'll probably put the basic Level-Limit of 4 or lower though.

would be good if you did that the level cap anyway

im not sure why you would put a max number of spell counters if you only need 1.

if you had no level cap, 3 spell counters to summon it would be balanced

 

in my opinion i think you should add a level 4 cap and have no max spell counters or make it where you need to remove 2 spell counters to special summon

add the level cap, and it makes a decent card that most spellcaster decks would use. 8.8/10

And Inferno what I meant was instead of using 1 Spell Counter so Special Summon a monster,

I would increase to 3. But I'll probably just add the Level Cap as a drawback.

i would only increase it to 2 max because if you make it have 3 it just makes it weak at swarming a little

Nice card. Perfect for Summoning Tuners (Flamvell Magician) to Synchro Summon quickly. Maybe a bit slow because it only targets monsters from the grave, but if it could Special Summon from the Deck then it could be considered OP'ed. At least is somewhat faster than "Magical Exemplar".

 

Summon "Soul Searching" --> Rekindling --> Synchro the Flamvells --> Retrieve the Magician with the "Soul Searching" --> more Synchros

I'm thinking of lowering the LP Gain to maybe 200-300 x the Level...opinions?

Because a Level 4 being Summoned already gives you a +1600 LP during your End Phase...

Or is the LP Gain of 400 x the Level good enough?
