Jace Beleren
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending all face-up "Angelia" or "Fallen Angelia" monsters you control to the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, Draw cards from your Deck equal to the number of "Angelia" or "Fallen Angelia" monsters in your Graveyard. If there are 1 or more Spell cards among them, add them to your hand. Then send the rest to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Spell Card from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy 1 face-up monster on the field. rate and comment and OCG fix if there is. NeosWiseman
I think you should state that you need to have at least 1 Angelia monster (maybe even at least 2 since this one is quite a powerhouse)Also draw is lowercase and Spell Cards is capitalizedWith this things said I can give you 9/10A really nice card in the spirit of Angelia indeed! ^^

xzMasteRzx
That picture is awesome. This whole card is awesome! I mean, draw cards like mad to build up hand and/or use discard effects. Then you can destroy all those pesky monsters or even destroy your own to do something powerful. Then you beat down your opponent with that powerful attack. This is so powerful, and strangely balanced, so good job buddy. Score: EPIC WIN/

Darj
You should increase the requirements for Summoning her. So far, you could simply Normal Summon 1 "Angelia" monster and then Special Summon this card for a 1st-turn beatstick. Suggestion: Change the first effect to something like: "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending all face-up "Angelia" or "Fallen Angelia" monsters you control to the Graveyard while you control at least 2." dxjxc
I have issues with wording/OCG of this part:"When this card is Special Summoned, Draw cards from your Deck equal to the number of "Angelia" or "Fallen Angelia" monsters in your Graveyard. If there are 1 or more Spell cards among them, add them to your hand. Then send the rest to the Graveyard." See if this sounds better:Then pick up cards from your Deck equal to the number of "Angelia" or "Fallen Angelia" monsters sent to your Graveyard to Summon this card. If there are any Spell Cards, add them to your hand. Send the rest to the Graveyard.

Assuming you've got support that goes with it, (i.e., other "Angelia" monsters), sounds like a balanced Summon condition. The draw/pick-up effect sounds cool, and you drop the card for destruction, but that's to be expected. (3 points) Grammar: Edits are in bold. Explanations below. "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending all face-up "Angelia" or "Fallen Angelia" monsters you control to the Graveyard. "Draw" -> "pick up": Changed because most cards that use an effect like this have you "pick up" the cards, and then dump whatever doesn't fit the criteria. You're free to use "draw" if you want, though, but remember that it's not capitalized. "Add any Spell Cards to your hand and...": Changed this so you always dump non-Spell Cards, even if you didn't draw any...unless you only wanted the non-Spell drop to happen if you draw Spells. If so, sorry. Still, grammar was pretty good, and my fixes are debatable, so...(3 points) Style: Looks cool and everything, so nothing to say here. (3 points) Overall: 9/10 (You're my best rate today, lol).
