When your opponent activate a Trap Card, add 1 Spell Card from your Deck. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon "Full Power Roshi" from your hand or Deck

 

Just next time remember to capitallized Card and Tribute, it's "add", not "search", this isn't Pokemon cards.

Well there are traps that can be equipped, it's just that they don't have the Symbol.

Take Kunai With Chain for instance.
