Lore:

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This cannot be special summoned except by tributing 3 Fairy-type monsters on the field. If this card is sent to the graveyard, destroy all field spell cards on the field and sent all field spell cards from both players deck to the graveyard. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 spell or trap card in your side of the field, to add 1 field spell card from your deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can select and remove from play a field spell card from your graveyard to activate 1 of the following effects:

- Negate the summon of a monster on the field, or

- Negate the activation of a spell or trap card on the field.[/align]

OCG fixed! i think...

its first effect is good

but it is pretty useless with its second effect

i modded it somewhat to make it less powerful

Also, you either need to say "This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 3 Fairy-Type monsters." or "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except" (OR) "This card can only be Special Summoned" "by Tributing 3 Fairy-Type monsters."

 

It's...decent, I guess. The fact activated on its destruction seems kind of random, however. You're going to lose all of your Field Spells, and your opponent won't lose anything, because nobody uses Field Spells unless their deck revolves around it. Even if it does, the deck-thinning would be worth the loss.
