As expert on Dragunities, i'll help you. First of all, neg Tribus. They're too slow and unneeded. Then add another Phalanx and whatever you like. Second, if i guessed correctly, it's based on Synchroing with Partisan and Phalanx. So, you need to max them out. So, you should:

 

-2 Tribus

-1 SLR (1 is enough)

 

+2 Phalanx

+1 Partisan
