lore: 1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 2 non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters + 1 non-Tuner Fiend-Type monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, send all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to the Graveyard. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. Each time this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, remove from play the top card of both player's Decks. When this card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect, send all cards in both players' hands to the Graveyard.

This monster is also treated as Fiend-Type. If there is a Field Spell Card face-up on the field when this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy it. Any effect that targets a Dragon or Fiend-Type monster on the field is redirected (this one is wrong; don't know how to say it) to this card. Once per turn this monster cannot be destroyed by a card effect.

Hope it will work out ^^

When a card effect targets a face-up Dragon-Type or Fiend-Type, you can change the target to this card instead. Once per turn this monster cannot be destroyed by a card effect.

It is, but your monster is hard to Summon as well: It not only requires 4 monsters, but also 2 different types that so far don't work together in most Decks. Plus, it is supposed to be the Ultimate Doom, so it must have a devastating effect.
