This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 face-up Spell Cards you control to the Graveyard. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent must attack this card with all face-up monsters they control if able. Any monster attacking this card has its ATK doubled until the end of the Battle Phase. When this card destroys a monster in battle and send it to the Graveyard, inflict 1500 points of damage to your opponent and discard 1 random card from their hand.[/align]

I really like the last part of the effect, but for the Summoning requirement, it's too watered-down as a whole. Discarding 1 random card per monster along with 1500 damage is devastating; however, the opp. ATK doubling is unnecessary and since it doesn't force monsters into ATK position, nobody will ever Summon with this thing across the board, they'll obviously be Setting until they get removal.

So, the effect starts out equal to the original Hamon, which is good; it ends nicely with a bang; but the middle of the effect is not so great. :P

I'm gonna LOL if you play Waboku with this and someone decides to Attack with Chimeratech/Trident Dragion (yes it's a typo), and then Meteor Rains it or something xD.

Either way =x... Isn't this just like a more playable Hamon? (Since you can dragunity it etc).

Exactly the plan I had with it Josh. I eliminated the 4000 DEF Wall effect. (Where as everything has to attack Hamon) Then decided to put in a upgraded Burn & Discard effect to seal the deal.
