evilfusion Posted June 9, 2010 Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 The summoning cost isn't too bad, as the Citadel gains counters easily, and hand or grave is great, you don't even need to have it in hand. The ability to ditch a spell for a nuke effect is sort of meh, since Spells are better used than discarded, and when it's Special Summoned by its effect, you get any Spell back. 2700 ATK is really good, and there are no conditions keeping it from being Normal or Special Summoned by other means, it just won't get its Spell retrieval effect. Vkcy Posted June 9, 2010 Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 Foolish burial is the best way to add counters to citadel and summon em out.This card already become the main card for any of my spell caster deck.As long as citadel is there, can keep having him to come back from graveyard and yet get back a magic card.6 counter for a 2700 atk & a magic card is worth it.Its not easy to break citadel also which make it perfect.
