This card sucks-

All negative comments aside, this card isn't that bad. Though pretty bland, it serves some purpose... destroy cards. Similar to 2000 other cards.

You really need to revise this effect. First of all, if equipped monster would be destroyed, this card is destroyed instead, so you'd have to settle with tributes. Not very creative.

2nd of all, it supports Machina. That is all. If you highlighted, you would've noticed that I DID rate. My rating is 0/10. (0 being the variable for o which in terms, falls into this equation: o*12/6*1.5-1.5 with the variable o = 3.) You did the math? Dude it's 7.5/10. Seriously.

Clearly does not understand the idea of Gearframe -> Search Fortress -> SS Fortress -> Equip Fortress with Gearframe.

If a monster is equipped with a union, the union takes the hit for them. Then this union pops a card on the field, which is great.

You're also forgetting that you can Special Summon this, so if you throw out Gearframe and Fortress and want to use Gearframe for additional beatdown, you can throw this out for protection.
