To be honest Rule 34 is the one main rule I usually follow. I believe everything in the world must have Porn of it. NO EXCEPTIONS! It's amazing the things I come across on my hunt for Card Images.

I dont follow any rule of the internet at all. In fact, rule 34 exists outside the internet even more so, the ONLY difference is that it's far more in the open. And it can be drawn instead of imagined and exposed in excess rather than casual gestures.

 

So no, it is not a rule of the internet but rather a part of the human mind for sexual desire of any sort. If you think this is a "rule of the internet" you must get out even less than I do, and I'm practically a hermit.
