Here is the most powerful sea-serpent monster. Image from Dragonfable.

I made it less overpowered, needing Polymerization and i retired the last effect.

Effect:The Fusion Material Monsters for this card are any 9 Sea Serpent-Type monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by activating "Polymerization" and removing from play the above monsters on your side of the Field, hand or Graveyard; then you can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck. When this card is selected as an Attack Target, you can pay 500 Life Points and decrease this card ATK by 400 points and this card DEF by 350 points to negate the Attack.

Broken. Look at this:

Deck:

Monsters x 32:

27 Sea Serpents

Left Arm of the Forbidden One

Right Arm of the Forbidden One

Left Leg of the Forbidden One

Right Leg of the Forbidden One

Exodia the Forbidden One

Spells x 8:

Upstart Goblin x 3

Into the Void x 3

Hand Destruction x 2

Extra Deck:

9-Headed Hydra x 3

9-Headed Hydra FTK. Most consistent deck in the game.

really overpowered, if you get this card in your first draw phase you can potentially summon it right away. and about the cards second effect.. when is a monster going to attack another monster that has over 4000 ATK points? this card has a good theme behind it, its just badly done and image isnt great, though its probably hard to find a 9 headed hydra image lol. 7/10 good job but not perfect

This is a Fusion Monster, it goes in the Extra Deck. That's the sort of thing you should know...because that means if have a total of 9 Sea Serpents anywhere, you can automatically summon this.

Lol'd hard.

Yeah, even if you don't go the Exodia route, you can whip out three of this guy in one turn. <_<

Kinda.. unfair. xD

2/10.

Effect: Well, this one is a doozy. It's creative, although It clearly breaks the rule of 3000...and 4000.

...in all reality, you should've made this card's ATK over 9000.

jk. I'd probably drop the ATK to 4000, at least. (2 points).

Grammar:Here's my fix. (2 points).

"Any 9 Sea Serpent-Type monsters

You can only Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by removing the above monsters you control or in your Hand, Deck and Graveyard from play. (You do not use "Polymerization"). When this card is selected as an attack target, you can pay 500 Life Points and decrease this card's ATK by 500 and it's DEF by 450 to negate the attack. When this card is destroyed, return all Fusion Material Monsters used for this card's Summon to your Deck."

Style: I'm not big on the artwork. I never liked the style on Dragonfable/Quest/etc. (2 points).

Overall: 6/10

Good point here. OP, maybe you want to edit the effect to prevent this?

fix to make it less powerfull, BTW atm it is stupidly power if using Sea-serpent deck it can be summoned almost straight the way and its just plain wrong, I'd of used Aqua or Fish never heard of Sea-Serpent type cards. 3.4/10 atm, 5/10 with changes
