Terrible decks? Decks that can't afford better cards? I'd run Sakuretsu Armor before I'd be so desperate as to throw this card into a deck. Particularly only useful who require a lot of Life Points: The Agents, Neo Parshath, that Synchro Fairy that increases its ATK based on LP advantage, that Spell card that lets you pay 2000 LP to draw 2 cards if you have over 9000 LP... Cards being used to increase your life points are better off replaced by cards that reduce your opponent's Life Points instead (or of course other cards that would make your deck become more consistent). Play this while Sanctuary in the sky is on the field, ram Shining Angels and Nova Summoners into opponent monsters drawing each other out and gaining LP as each one hits the grave. Celestial Transformation to summon Saturn from your hand and Inferno Reckless Summoning to get 2 others. Tribute all 3. Win the game.
