I was expecting a waste of the three-seconds it took for me to read - but it wasn't. This is actually a solid card. It probably wouldn't see much actual play since it fattens the deck and doesn't confer card advantage, but the ability to recycle Spells is nice - before, the closest thing we had was Recycle.

 

I do have to agree that a different pic is in order - however, I get how hard it is to find usable pics, so I'm not about to criticize you about it.

Like the card. Spell Counter support? I can see a simple loop.

This card + 3 Toon Table of Contents. Just goes on and on and on...if I'm not mistaken.

By the time think how many counters a certain...Magical Marionette,Magical Exemplar,etc.

Would have. So can be somewhat OP'd in the right deck. Maybe add some sort of drawback?

You have a really nice idea here. I love the effect. The pic doesn't work too well though, but that's ok, because it's not easy finding a pic to fit this. Nice job!

Effect: Interesting. Could be OP'd. But interesting. You should account for Continuous Spells not returning, like this card. (2 points).

 

Grammar: Fix:

I reworded it so you wouldn't end up returning Continuous Spells...like this card. (1 point).

 

Style: The picture should be better. (2 points).
