Better (perhaps the best) example: Sakuretsu Armor versus Dimensional Prison.

 

Eater's attribute works better in some places, it can hit for more damage if that would matter, it can block attacks, which might keep you alive for a turn longer, and has several other ways in which it can be slightly better.

 

It's more a case of E-Con vs Book to me. Book wins 90% of the time, but E-Con has its uses.

I said COMMIT. When you play QD, you COMMIT to the board by playing monster cards.
