Pokemon: Spiro Region

okemon and humans have lived peacefully throughout the world for years. The cycle of life and death still goes on as well. In the pokemon world, there is a world even after death. Pokemon spirits still have unfinished business just like humans but they pose more of a problem. All over the pokemon regions pokemon spirits have gone mad and are tearing up the world of the living. The Pokemon reapers have been overworked and are taking on trainers for help. Little do the Pokemon Reapers know that there is a war going on in the World of the Dead. A battle between Arceus and Lucreus. Arceus, the "god" of pokemon and Lucreus, the fallen angel of pokemon. Arceus rules the heavens for the good pokemon that have passed away while Lucreus is the head of the Pokemon Underworld. It's up to the Pokemon Reapers to choose a side to work for. Lucreus or Arceus.

This sort of goes like the show Bleach does but i'll explain the differences.

there are two sides for the reapers. (Umbra-Darkness Lumis-light)

up to 3 characters

No weapons

No plot twists

Only 1 pokemon

If a pokemon is taken. no one else may use it.

Spirit pokemon are invulnerable to normal pokemon attacks

Spirit pokemon are unaffected by surroundings except for water and rocks

Only your ally pokemon can affect spirit pokemon

Water is a blockade weapon and rocks are a prison

 

Explanation:

This is how it goes for the Lumis side. you and your 1 pokemon/partner battle a spirit pokemon. When it is weak you capture it with your staff then you take it to either Agate Village or Onyx Town. Agate Village Lumis stone purifies spirit pokemon and sends them to heaven. In Onyx Town, the Umbra reapers take them to the Umbra stone to darken their hearts, make them stronger then release them into the wild. But both sides fight competitively to accomplish their sides goal.
