Mehmani
[spoiler=Effect]1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Summoned, activate one of the following effects:- Remove the top card on your Deck from play. If it is a Monster Card, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Monster Card's Level x200.- Remove from play card(s) on top of your Deck. For every Spell Card removed by this effect, return 1 card on the field to it's owner's hand. Image Credit to Jazin Kay.

Coaster Guy
way too strong. No matter what you do it hurts your opponent to hard.9 stars is not too hard to synchro summon.but if you weaken it a few notches I'll give it a 8/

ss2phil
If your card were a Zombie-type monster we could combine our two cards for an awesome effect
Giga Hand
I don't think the effect is overpowered. If the ruling is that you declare the number of cards before you remove them for its second effect, it can backfire. The ATK, however, is.way too strong. No matter what you do it hurts your opponent to hard.9 stars is not too hard to synchro summon.but if you weaken it a few notches I'll give it a 8/10 If I would declare somehing OP'd, I would explain my resoning. Would you please explain yours? First effect: not guaranteed to work. Second effect: ... well I already said it. Unreliable.
Mehmani
If your card were a Zombie-type monster we could combine our two cards for an awesome effect Zombie-Type would suit it, but as it's a Flamvell I have to make Pyro. Sorry! @Giga Hand - It's ATK is overpowered, true, but it's a boss monster. Boss monsters generally aren't very well balanced. Thank you for detailing the effects though, that helps other raters. Do you mean like Gladiator Beast Heraklinos and Reign-Beaux, Overlord of Dark World, the most powerful monsters in their respective archetypes (even though Reign-Beaux is only good as a side deck card)? Yeah. I thought it should be Pyro-Type because of Molten Zombie.

Lord Smeagle
Seriously, it's really broken. Remove your entire Deck for the second effect then D.D. Dynamite, or Return From The Different Dimension. Plus, you can remove this thing with Commando's effect for 3600 direct damage. Uh...yeah. jayjack
Reaper cards.. I forgot when I decided they weren't cool.Anyway, the pic doesn't remotely resemble a flamvell... or a pyro/fire O.oHell, it doesn't even help or support the archetype. And 3600 ATK is too much for a Synchro monster with no specific special summoning requirements. Also, the last effect could be abused ALOT. 7.3/10 ocg fix (cause some people think there might be ocg errors but they can't put their finger on it):1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Summoned, activate 1 of the following effects:- Remove from play the top card on your Deck. If it is a Monster Card, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that card's Level x 200.- Remove from play any number of cards from the top of your Deck. Darj
Well, as it has been mentioned, it has too much ATK for a Syncrho that requires only 2 monsters. I would add +1 non-Tuner as requirement. And the second effect allows you to clear your opponent's field for inflicting huge damage and possibly an OTK. And if you are going for an OTK, it won't matter how many cards you remove.
