1 Tuner + 1 "Stardust Dragon".

When this Synchro Summoned return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to its owners hand. This card gains 100 ATK for each card returns to its owners hand by the this effect until the End Phase. When the Effect of a LIGHT or DARK monster activates, you can remove this card from play to negate the effect of that monster and destroy it. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field during the End Phase.[/align]

Okay.. okay...

So how is this worth giving up 1 lvl2 tuner and Stardust? It's effect is mildly UP (considering the Summoning Requirements) and i wouldn't expect it's stats to help much since it's a temporary increase. Honestly, the pic is sort of blurry too.

I'd rather just use Koa'ki Meiru.

7.4/10

Hey look, Stardust is protected from Caius, DDWL and, for a turn, D-Prison, while it can't be run over by JD or other generic beatsticks.

Stardust is probably better, but this still might be viable in some matchups, considering how easy it is to get Diva + Mali, or PSZ + Mali, or anything like that.

So this card is basically an antimeta. Still prefer Sd/Am

ITT: Cards that stops the effect/clears the field of other cards are Anti-Meta.

And I actually prefer this card over Savior Star, so kudos.

Effect:

The pump-up is nice, I'll say that. The negation effect though is meh. Koa'ki Meiru Guardian does it better and cheaper than this card. Besides, Rawrdust has more widespread negation than this. So...yeah, this card is underpowered. (2 points).

Grammar:

Fix: (All changes are in bold).

"1 Tuner + "Stardust Dragon".

When this card is Synchro Summoned, return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to their owners' hand. This card gains 100 ATK for each card returned this way until the End Phase. When the Effect of a LIGHT or DARK monster activates, you can remove this card from play to negate that monster's effect and destroy it. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field during the End Phase."

Just minimal changes, nothing big. (2 points).

Style:

The pic looks cool, and I genuinely like it. You should put set numbers, they look nice [/nitpicking] (2 points).

Overall: 6/10

Great idea.

It is indeed underpowered for the Summoning requirements. Either remove Stardust as a requirement or make it so that the effect negation can apply to any monster's effect...use Gladiator Beast Heraklinos as a guideline to what i mean. Admittingly it would be kind of strong with that effect but HackDust can come back as many times as it wants so meh...

some OCG errors that have been corrected
