This is perfectly balenced for a Level 4! Decrese def to 1k or increse atk to 2k and up lvl by 1 and it'll be better ballanced. Vanilla with no support. (This is just what i think but i beleive that Elemental Mistress Doriado's effect would be a good effect to give to this card.) Were's rush?
