The Tin Trooper
Thousands of years in the future, the Earth lays dying, the surface just a chemical slime. Half a million years of industrial progress... They're the result of this pollution: Blood-Parched creatures. Not vampires. They're the result of Homo Sapiens' evolution thousands of years into the future. With an insatiable taste for blood. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 "Haemovore" monsters on your field. If this card would be destroyed while there is a "Haemovore" monster on your field, you can destroy a "Haemovore" monster on your field instead. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 "Haemovore" monster on your field to inflict 600 damage to your opponent. Activate only while there are no monsters on your field and there are "Haemovore" monsters in the Graveyard. Special Summon any number of "Haemovore" monsters from either player's Graveyard in Attack Position. All "Haemovore" monsters gain the following effect: - Each time this monster destroys a monster by battle, put 1 Blood Counter on it. For each Blood Counter on this card, increase its ATk and DEF by 200.
HitoKage
You could also say: Increase the ATK of this card by 600 during the Battle PhaseBut that's preference, and besides that everything looks good. Glad I won't be alive that long...

The Tin Trooper
On your side of the field. Cards look good. I'm using the Expert OCG, which apparently just says "On your/your opponent's Field." Thanks, anyway.

Sandviches
In the Haemo-Prowlin card, you don't have the "k" capitalized in "ATK."Not really a huge error, but just pointing it out.
