If this card attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, gain Life Points equal to the difference at the end of the Damage Step. Just fixed a comma and space error. Seems like you took the last 2 effects from Hyper Psychic Blaster, am I right? Picture looks ok, seems balanced for a Level 5, except for the first effect, might want to lower the amount of Life points gained.
