This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Level 5 or higher LIGHT monster you control. If you do, you must skip your next Main Phase 1. When this card is Special Summoned, each player can Normal Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from their hand in face-down Defense Position. During your 3rd Standby Phases after this card is successfully Summoned on the field, you can add 1 card from the bottom of your Deck to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck. This card gain 100 ATK for each face-down card on the field. You can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card you control to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

Kinda good! Balanced, but if it was a real card in the TCG it would propably be like.. Semi-Limited.

 

I mean, think of having this on the field and timing it with Recycle! That'd own sheet
