Lore:This card can only be Summoned by Tributing 1 ``Murkrow`` you Control. When this card is Summoned you can discard up to 2 cards from your hand to return the same number of cards in the field to its Owner's hands, this card cant attack the Turn it is Summoned. When this card is destroyed by the Effect of a card draw 1 card.

I Can't Generate the cards is very weird....but even a normal card without Effect , i can't Generate its. i will Fix the effect of Honchkrow

Let's say you start the duel with a Murkrow in your hand.

Summon it and use it's effect and get another Murkrow from your Deck.

Now you can Special Summon that one and use it's effect

And so on...until you have 5 Mukrow's on the field, little powerful for a level 4.
