Discard is not the same as Sent to the Graveyard but while something like Macro Cosmos isn't on the field every card that is destroyed or discarded is Sent to the Graveyard...

 

so yeah.. anti-Dark World too :P

Anti-Zombies, too... The only thing it promotes is Gladiator Beasts and Reptilliannes. It's like an anti-meta card. But I run Zombies (if you couldn't tell already), so personally, I hate this card (for my Zombies, at least). But in a fair rate, I would give it this:

What does the name mean? Also the "Each time a monster is sent to the Graveyard, return it to their owner's Deck instead." is a little vague say "to the bottom of the deck" or "is then shuffled."

I think if you say return to the Deck, you don't need to put "is then shuffled", because if you return to the Deck, you MUST shuffle it.

However i do like the card and it seems well balenced would work great with my Malicious Levelers

OP'd to hell and back.

 

Not paying the initial 1000 LP still allows you the second effect, which can return any tributes back to your deck, which is especially amazing since there is no cost. Plus you can potentially not allow your opponent to get any benefit by having their cards removed from play, which various cards can do. Or, you can pay the 1000 LP when you're getting utterly obliterated and reap success. And this is like super Exodia support too.

 

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I say this is really OP'd. I'd say raise the cost of the first effect or make it a higher level, and in any case, add a cost to the second effect.

and your card is a Synchro so is allowed... then, why change it? If they can just Limite it =P
