Whats BS about it, is that it can bypass Solemn Judgment/Bottomless Trap Hole/etc.

The only "flaw", is that it loses the monsters stacked underneath it.

Yes, the new summon involves stacking monsters in a place outside the deck.

I checked that out, it seems complicated.

How often will you have monsters of the same level out at once?

I don't know how well or often one would be able to Excess Summon in a duel, but it seems more like an expansion on Synchros.

I'll admit, it does sound sort of interesting though.

You have to use a minimum of 2 monsters, and the levels of the released monster have to be equal to the Exceed-guy's level.

Effectively its like Synchro Summons all over again, but a little more strict, and actually takes up space in your deck.

Oh, and Exceed guys have protection from card effects.

Not only is it a Raigeki, it's a beatstick Raigeki. It's stats aren't bad, and it can get a decent boost.

lol, Absolute Zero. Works wonders in my Ice Barrier deck. Funny thing is I always seem to get him out... generally in the same turn I synchro summon something too. And I honestly forget about the built in raigeki when he's removed from the field because I'm always looking towards the beaststick part when there's other WATER monsters out.
