Also, here is the card I was talking about. @ Anyone: It's odd, but there are only a couple of Level 4 LIGHT Tuners (I noticed this since I'm adding a Synchro back-up to my Heaven's Wrath Deck, in the form of "Avenging Knight Parshath" and "Light End Dragon"), so at the moment I'm using "The Fabled Rubyruda". So I made a more fitting, "Counter Fairy"-related Tuner. As for the name, 'Kyrio' is the start of the Greek name for the Dominions (a level of angel) and I quite like the word 'Vanquish'.
