Well Stardust Force and the Zelda one, other then that most of them are pretty active.

Oleon was banned, so it was locked. That's part of the reason we have the lovely Powerforce here.

 

The first time it was locked was due to Mimi being banned. After that I don't know.

I hate doing RP samples as well, mostly because I suck at them. lol, I got in R.P. 820 before a sample was required.

 

Here's an idea though. Try writing about yourself on YCM. I did that to apply as a teacher for Jake's RP school and it was easy to go with. Of course if laziness is the only factor here, I can't really help.

I know how you feel. It took me ages to get over the sample, and actually join. That is, mainly because what I had didn't seem enough.

As long as it's original, it meets the six line requirement, and doesn't completely fail grammatically I won't let anyone object to you joining. Well, I mean they can still do it but that won't change anything about you getting in.

That has a sample requirement as well just so you know....
